Merry Christmas from all at Lemanis!!! After a planned break in live shows, we're looking forward to seeing you all early in 2010 with some new tunes. Material for the third album is developing nicely, so stay tuned for some limited edition demos in the next few months...

Just a little update - In case you've wondered what we've been up to. We've been busy behind the scenes working on demos for our 3rd album (yup, already!), and making a few improvements to the behind the scenes stuff that'd bore you. And it's all good, we'll be booking up a Plymouth gig soon :-)

16/03/09 - More ways to get the new album and a very special offer - You can now buy the new album online with paypal at our myspace site. Price is only £7 plus £1 postage. 14/03/09 - Album availability - A lot of people have been asking where you can get the new album. The easiest ways are currently at gigs or at the Black Dog shop (for you Plymouth people), or by emailing info@lemanis.net and we'll let you know how you can pay by paypal until the album reaches full distibution. We'll keep you updated with new ways you can get it as they get through the system and appear on shelves and websites.

26/02/09 - Revealing The Truth About a Push Me Pull You - The CD albums will be available very soon. For those of you in the UK Southwest, you'll be able to grab a copy at the gig in the Hippo on 28th. They will then be made available on this website very soon, also in the 'Black Dog' shop in Frankfort Gate (Plymouth City Centre) and on various other websites and outlets soon. Keep checking back for updates.

23/02/2009 - FREE ENTRY!!! - The week of our album launch has finally arrived, and you can get free admission to it by simply signing up to the Members Area. Do it now!

12/02/2009 - New Merch - As well as our shiny new album cd's, which have finally gone off to print, there will be other exciting (and possibly free) merchandise available at the album launch on 28th February. Be excited!

29/01/2009 - B-Bar Show - After our acoustic slot in December we've kindly been invited back to the B-B ar in Plymouth to perform a full 3-part set. Come and join us for an evening of fun in this intimate, chilled out venue on Thursday March 12th.

01/12/2008 - Album Launch Date Announced!!! - It's official - our second album will be available from 28th February 2009, and we will be celebrating with a launch party at The Hub in Plymouth on that very night. Check out the gig section for more information.

02/09/2008 - We're looking for another sax player - We're now looking for another sax player (preferable tenor) to join Steve, Gaz and Amie in the horn section. If you know anyone who's up to the job please let them know to email info@lemanis.net and we'll see what we can do.

01/08/2008 - Lots of good news! - We've finished mixing the album! It's all done, awaiting a trip to London for mastering so it'll sound nice to all your little ears.

More good news (aside from Maker being a great gig) - World Vision have licensed 2 tracks from Shell for advertising use. 'Incoming!' and 'Wesley' have both been licensed with paperwork completed - keep an ear out for these songs on World Vision adverts!

30/07/2008 - Maker Festival!! - Lemanis are heading down to Maker Heights tomorrow afternoon to play the 8pm slot (that's Thursday, by the way). Bring on the sun!!!!

26/07/2008 - Lemanis supporting World/Inferno Friendship Society - It's tonight, it's only £4 on the door with your Lemanis password, and there are some great bands playing. Be there!

08/05/2008 - Good news from Whimsical Records - The Whimsical Records compilation 'Elevate' is to be re-released with a new promotion campaign. That's good news from the Whimsical guys. The compilation came out to great reviews and contains Laughing, Smiling, Joking from our 1st album 'Shell'.
